Charge & Discharge Controller
The Controller is a multi-function component of the PV system. It is primarily used for detecting the working status of the system and the charging/discharging of the batteries. It protects the batteries from being overcharged or over-discharged.
Its basic functions include:
- PWM charging
- 5 LED lights to display status of the system
- LCD to display system information
- Automatic charging
Its protection features include:
- Overcharging/discharging protection
- Low voltage alarm, shutdown and recovery
- Over-temperature prevention
- Over-voltage protection of the battery
- Over-current prevention of the system components
- Over-load and short-circuit prevention
