Following is our 5-step engagement process that builds long-term and mutually beneficial business relationships and results.

Visioning - Through methodical and meaningful dialogue, we help our clients make vision crystal clear.  Only when this vision is clear, understood and shared can Altius Consulting provide strategic solutions that would deliver the highest and greatest impact to our clients’ business.   The most prevalent error we avoid to commit is to jump into quick conclusions that we could blindly lead to wrong or inadequate solutions to pervasive problems or potential opportunities.   

Scoping & Prioritizing -  With a clear vision and goals, we are now ready to define the scope of the potential projects.  The bigger the vision, the broader the scope.   However, we would normally advise our clients to choose the projects of highest priority and greatest impact.

Implementing - This is the stage of the engagement process where the “rubber hits the road.”  At this stage, the solution is conceived, developed and rolled out.  Utilizing strict project management and quality assurance principles and tools, the projects come to life.  The clients are provided progress and/or ad hoc reports to ensure the project is on the right track.

Evaluating & Reporting - To measure the return on investment (ROI) and the impact of the project, Altius Consulting works with the client in determining the business outcome measures that will be impacted.  Relevant data are collected and analyze from credible and primary sources to estimate the ROI of the project.  The project impact is reported to the stakeholders in the form of a business impact summary or high level presentations.

Closing  - Finally, we sign off the project.  We will then discuss with the clients the next steps to repeat success or to remedy failures or challenges that ensued throughout the engagement process.
