Wind Power Systems.  In a span of fifteen (15) years, China has become one of the leading players in the wind power systems.  The Global Wind 2008 Report prepared by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) says:

China is on its way to overtake Germany and Spain to reach second place in terms of total wind power capacity in 2010.  This means China would have met its 2020 target of 30 GW ten years ahead of time.
